How to return an item:

Would you like to return your order in whole or in part?

No problem, the cancellation period is 30 days. Please also note our cancellation policy .

1. Fill out our return form and enclose it with your shipment: Return form

2. Pack all items carefully.

3. We will bear the cost of returning goods per order if you return the goods from Germany.

Write a message to info@gute-garne.de to receive your return label.

For further returns from Germany for goods from the same order and for returns from another country outside Germany, you will bear the direct return costs.
